How will coach Carlo Ancelotti use the squad when he owns the French superstar.

Kylian Mbappe’s future is gradually becoming clearer, especially after the news that he informed the PSG board of his decision not to renew his contract at the end of the season. 

At this time, Mbappe can freely negotiate and Real Madrid is the number 1 point mentioned during the past time.

So how will coach Carlo Ancelotti use his personnel with the addition of Kylian Mbappe?

Football Espana recently presented three attack options for coach Carlo Ancelotti when Mbappe is available. 

The first is the 4-3-3 tactical diagram, this plan can use all four superstars on Real Madrid’s attack line.

Then Kylian Mbappe will play as a center forward, Vinicius and Rodrygo on the wings and Bellingham will drop into a 3-man midfield, supporting the trio above. 

However, this lineup may not be able to take full advantage of Mbappe’s speed.

The second attack option recommended to coach Carlo Ancelotti is to use Mbappe to pair with Vinicius in attack, this forces him to sacrifice Rodrygo. 

Meanwhile, Bellingham will play the number 10 role in the squad. Thus, Mbappe can utilize his speed and skills to break through the opponent’s defense and score.

The third option for coach Carlo Ancelotti is to continue using Mbappe as a center forward, supporting him on the flanks, Bellingham and Vinicius. 

This option is proposed by Football Espana as stated in the first option. 

Mbappe needs a large space to receive the ball and use attack speed, and of course the center position can limit his strength.

Owning a star-studded squad has never been easy for any coach. 

If Mbappe lands at Real Madrid, coach Carlo Ancelotti will have to calculate more to come up with the best strategic plan.
