Dallas Cowboys star Dak Prescott has embraced his role as a father. The quarterback is often seen doting on his baby daughter, MJ Rose, and his girlfriend, Sarah Jane, in social media posts.
With around 90 thousand followers on Instagram, Jane also posts some of her daughter’s adorable moments with her followers.
In an Instagram story on Wednesday, Prescott uploaded an image of MJ Rose, fawning over her smile.

Sharing a photo initially uploaded by Sarah Jane, the Cowboys star wrote:
“This smile is my Life!!! Thank you Mama for Keeping this girl happy.”
In another story, Jane also shared a picture of MJ Rose taken by Damian Williams, her godfather and Prescott’s current offseason positions coach.
“Uncle D loves you MJ,” Williams wrote on Instagram.
Sarah Jane, sharing the story, added:
“MJ’s godfather. We are blessed [Dak Prescott].”

As the NFL preseason continues, Sarah even captured their “sweet summertime,” sharing a few photos with fans.
Prescott, of course, was quick to comment and send love to his family.
“So thankful for you two!! I love you ladies. #myfamily,” the QB wrote.
Prescott and Jane announced their pregnancy in November 2023, welcoming baby MJ Rose into the world in March 2024.
Sarah Jane pens emotional note for Dak Prescott’s 31st birthday
In July, Dak Prescott celebrated his 31st birthday. Naturally, the family made a big deal out of the day. Jane, known for her elaborate social media posts, shared an emotional video montage to celebrate Prescott’s birthday.
Thanking the love they shared, Sarah Jane wrote:
“Had no idea a love like this existed ❤️ Happy Birthday Dakota.”
Prescott was quick to respond to the emotional post and video, writing:
“Sarah Jane!! I love you so much! I’m an emotional 31 today and it’s because of the love and blessings you have given me! Through all the times, I thank God for you 🙏🏽♥️.”
As the 2024 NFL season approaches, one expects more such adorable moments from the Cowboys quarterback and his family. Of course, fans remain excited for a new campaign and worried for Prescott’s future with the Cowboys.
