Taking a position in politics for a celebrity during a presidential election year is a daunting endeavour,
especially if you are afraid of what the rest of the world will think about you once you take your position.
We have great examples of people like WWE legend Hulk Hogan taking former president Donald Trump’s side and how democrats have harassed
and trolled him on the internet Brittany Mahomes didn’t specifically take a side
but she did like a post from the former president’s Instagram account and the result has been quite devastating for her.
People were quick to attack her and let her know the many ways in which she is wrong for seemingly showing support to the former president.
She decided to snap back at everybody through an Instagram story.
But people shouldn’t be surprised, the post that the former president placed on his account talks about protecting families with wealth through arious means. Mahomes like the post and it was visible from a lot of people’s accounts. The comments and attacks against her have been pretty ruthless from the democrats that loathe Trump. She had more than enough of that and wrote this on her Instagram stories: “I mean honestly, to be a hater as an adult you have to have some deep rooted issues you refuse to heal from childhood. There’s no reason your brain is fully developed and you hate to see others doing well.”
Does Patrick Mahomes support Donald Trump?
Right now, professional athletes that take a stance in Donald Trump’s favor will almost always be chastised for it. Patrick Mahomes is no different, we don’t really know where he stands in the presidential election. We will likely have no idea whom Patrick Mahomes supports from his own mouth. However, we can already make an educated guess if we take a look at Brittany Mahomes’ actions. But unless he says it out loud himself, we can’t pin Patrick on one side or the other just yet. It is probably in his best interest if he focuses on playing football and winning more rings with the Kansas City Chiefs.
