After a career in amateur and professional golf, Paige Spiranac established herself as a social media personality and is one of the most well-known Golf Influencers.
On Instagram and YouTube, Spiranac educates and entertains her audience with golf-related content.
After retiring from the sport in 2016, Spiranac looks to make a return to competitive golf.
In a YouTube video on her channel, Paige Spiranac revealed she will be playing at an event at the end of August.
Ahead of this event, Spiranac in the same video titled, “How I Prep for Golf Tournaments // One Month Out” admitted to feeling pressure due to lack of time to prepare. She said,
“This one is an important event. It’s a stroke play event which I don’t normally play stroke play events, especially under pressure.
And so, it’s really important that I feel super confident with my game. But unfortunately, I don’t have a lot of time because my August is going to be extremely busy.” [00:19 onwards]
In her career as a professional golfer, Spiranac competed on the Cactus Tour. A win over Hannah O’Sullivan in May 2016 earned Spiranac the only professional win of her career.
Later in August 2016, Spiranac attempted to play on the LPGA Tour by competing in an LPGA Qualifying tournament. However, the 31-year-old could not earn a card to play on the professional circuit.
