Colfer-turned-influencer Paige Spiranac stepped out at the 2024 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit launch party
with her new boyfriend as she celebrated being featured on the cover of the magazine.
The internet sensation was among stars including Brittany Mahomes, along with LSU gymnast Olivia Dunne, who have been photographed for seven separate issues.
The couple attended the gala event at Hard Rock Hotel in Manhattan, with speculation having surrounded their relationship since they got together in April of last year.
It has now been revealed that the 31-year-old’s beau is the investment banker Zach Brantly, who works for German bank Berenberg, according to the Daily Mail.
A graudate of Purdue University, the finance executive previously worked at Credit Agricole,
with this appearance with the TikTok superstar the first official time the pair have been spotted out together.
Spiranac, meanwhile, previously was married to Steven Tinoco, with the pair having divorced back in 2022.
Previously, she had confirmed that she was in a relationship, while remaining coy on details of her new love’s identity, simply revealing: “Yes, I do have a boyfriend. He works crazy hours and he works a lot so what we do is whoever is busier, the other person will pick up the slack.”
Previously, the internet sensation expressed her excitement at being featured on the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, saying on Twitter/X: “Ahh the @SI_Swimsuit cover for the 60th anniversary! I can’t believe I’m on it, while Sports Illustrated posted: “Since 1964, SI Swimsuit has set the standard for celebrating the beauty of women from all walks of life, inspiring confidence and redefining beauty norms.”
Meanwhile, the aforementioned Mahomes also was delighted to have played her part, saying: “I think I align perfectly with SI Swimsuit’s vision because I am unapologetically always myself in any setting. I want women to feel empowered to always be yourself, love yourself, and feel confident in whatever you do and I think SI Swimsuit does, too.”
Fellow cover model Hunter McGrady added: “This moment will forever be one of my greatest. I am profoundly aware of the legacy of powerful women who have paved the way, those who tirelessly advocate for inclusivity every single day. These are the women who dare to raise their voices in a world that often demands our silence and diminishment.”
“To those who harbor dreams deemed too ambitious, and to those who pour their hearts into everything they do, your strength is an inspiration. To the mothers who hesitate to embrace boldness, wear the swimsuit, or love themselves in their evolving forms, know that your courage is a beacon.
“To every woman who aspires to have it all, remember that each victory is a victory for us all, and a collective step forward. Here’s to us, ladies.”
MJ Day, the editor-in-chief of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, also explained the aims of the publication for the anniversary, saying: “Over the past 60 years, we have shattered stereotypes, embraced diversity, and championed inclusivity. With each passing year, we have challenged ourselves to push boundaries and redefine what it means to be Sports Illustrated Swimsuit.
“While this year’s issue is a tribute to the recent past, it’s also a reminder of the work we must continue to do. We must remind women to challenge the status quo, to celebrate strength and confidence, and to inspire those around us to embrace their uniqueness and pursue their passions fearlessly.”
