Charlie Woods’ intense training schedule was leaked, causing thousands of fans to flock to his practice facility in search of him (video)

Charlie Woods has his tee time next week for his first two rounds at Oakland Hills Country Club in Bloomfield Township at the U.S. Junior Amateur.

Charlie, the son of Tiger Woods, is making his United States Golf Association championship debut, and will tee off at 8:28 a.m.

Monday on the North Course first hole. The 15-year-old will then tee off Tuesday at 1:48 p.m. on the restored South Course off No. 10.

His playing partners are Alabama class of 2025 commit Chase Kyes, the No. 8-ranked boys junior according to The Universal Golf Rankings (TUGR),

and Baylor sophomore Davis Ovard, the North & South Amateur champion at Pinehurst No. 2 in late June.

Charlie is ranked the 763rd junior golfer in the world on TUGR, but helped his high school team,

the Benjamin School, to a Florida state title last winter as the only freshman on the squad.

Tiger is expected to be on the grounds, after missing the cut Friday in Scotland at The Open Championship. Parents cannot caddie in the event.

The USGA on Friday released all tee times for the 264 contestants for the first two rounds of stroke play, with each competitor playing one round on each course. The top 64 will make match play, beginning Wednesday on the South Course, with the final set for 36 holes Saturday.

Outside of Charlie, Miles Russell is perhaps the biggest name in the field. The 15-year-old made his PGA Tour debut three weeks ago at the Rocket Mortgage Classic in Detroit (he shot even par and missed the cut). He is the No. 1 player in the American Junior Golf Association rankings, and No. 7 on TUGR. Russell tees off at 8 a.m. on the North Course in Monday’s first round, and 1:10 p.m. on the South Course on Tuesday in the second round.

Two golfers from Michigan are in the field, with Connor Fox (Lake Orion) teeing at 7 a.m. Monday on the South Course and Ieuan Jones (Ann Arbor) teeing at 7:44 a.m., also on the South Course.

Here is the full list of 2024 U.S. Junior Amateur tee times.

The U.S. Junior Amateur is free to attend and is a ticketless event. Parking will be at Bloomfield Hills High School and two lots in Southfield (20500 Civic Center Dr and 25800 Northwestern Hwy), with a shuttle taking fans to Oakland Hills Country Club.
