Breaking: Caitlin’s love drama continues to escalate as Ben Finneseth declares he will win her from Conor McCaffey! This makes Caitlin furious: “I’m not an object for you guys to fight over.”

Caitlin Clark’s popularity has transcended women’s basketball. Social media has shown that even some non-basketball fans follow her.

She is the biggest reason the WNBA has been in demand more than ever.

The Indiana Fever made the former Iowa superstar the No. 1 pick in this year’s draft.

Clark going to Indiana couldn’t have been more convenient as she could be with Connor McCaffery, her boyfriend.

As McCaffery is an assistant coach with the Pacers, the two don’t have to suffer through a long-distance relationship.

Clark’s popularity has invaded even the football world. Ben Finneseth has become so enamored with Caitlin Clark that he threw the gauntlet at McCaffery.

The Colorado Buffaloes safety practically asked the Fever rookie to call him as he “has the best intentions” for her.

Basketball fans promptly reacted to the viral video:

“Ben will beat Connor strong head a** up”

One fan could only say one word:

“Genius!!”

@farkascast had a sly comment:

“Horns Up … Go Bison #FeverRising”

Another fan found the clip hilarious:

“Connor is probably cracking up after seeing this kid. This kid clearly has no game.”

Ben Finneseth has hardly played football in three years with the Colorado Buffaloes. He has been on the field just 13 times during that stretch. The safey played two games last year before suffering a season-ending injury. He must have spent some of his time recovering from the said injury watching Caitlin Clark play basketball.

Caitlin Clark and her boyfriend Connor McCaffery spotted watching an NFL game

The perks of working in the same city have been put to good use by Caitlin Clark and her boyfriend Connor McCaffery. A few days ago, the two were spotted at the Lucas Oil Stadium to watch the Indianapolis Colts take on the Arizona Cardinals. Although it was only a preseason game, there was enough action for the two to enjoy.

With Clark and McCaffery watching from one of the VIP suits, the home team ground out a 21-13 victory. The Indiana Fever rookie, a big-time fan of Colts legend Peyton Manning, had to be thrilled with the win.

Caitlin Clark also likes to watch football but she likely hasn’t heard of Ben Finneseth’s career with the Colorado Buffaloes. She might eventually get to know who he is if the safety can make it to the NFL. Until then, Finneseth will have to be content shooting his shot from a long distance.
