PSG striker Kylian Mbappe refused the offer to join Arsenal, despite being invited by coach Mikel Arteta.

Kylian Mbappe’s future is a topic that attracts special attention at this year’s summer market. 

Rejecting all attempts to extend PSG’s contract, the French striker is determined to leave Parc des Princes.

Mbappe’s current contract with “Les Parisiens” will expire when the 2023-2024 campaign ends, meaning he can leave on a free transfer. 

Coach Mikel Arteta once hinted at his intention to recruit Mbappe to Arsenal, but the 25-year-old striker just flatly refused the “Gunners”.

An Arsenal fan named Mikey Poulli posted a video meeting Mbappe on social media. This fan tried to convince the French captain: “Come to Arsenal, we will take care of you.”

Responding to the suggestion, Mbappe smiled and refused: “No way.” When asked why, the PSG striker replied: “Because it’s too cold there.”

Mbappe is said to have reached an agreement to join Real Madrid. He has long been the target of “Los Blancos” President Florentino Perez. 

The La Liga giant once sent a proposal worth 200 million euros to France, but it was not accepted by PSG.
