High school football player Ismael Ayala IV has recently gone viral for being an absolute tank on the gridiron. The defensive tackle is 5-foot-7, weighs 354 pounds, and is in the class of 2025.
That’s the kind of build you only see in Madden when creating a player to be an absolute tank against offensive linemen. Of course, though, because of the unique build many on social media have started pitching in their own thoughts on Ayala.
“We had a guy in high school that played on the o-line whose nickname was “Fat Mac”. He was about 6′ 3″ and 100 lbs lighter than this guy & we considered him the embodiment of being overweight at the time,” one commenter said.
“his arms and legs are the same size if he slims down just a bit and keeps playing well, he could legit have a great career. he’s very athletic for his weight,” another comment said.
“I personally don’t believe this should be approved by the family or the coaches. Kid needs to be in a healthy condition before playing any form of sports , especially contact sports. But that’s just my opinion,” a third added about Ayala.
“5’7” in football height means he’s actually 5’4” maybe 5’5”. No way he’s 5’7”. With that said I watched some film on him and the kid can play. Moves a lot better than you’d think,” a fourth added.
No matter what opinions you believe, you can’t deny that Ayala is an absolute unit.
