An intracoastal waterfront estate in Florida across from golf legend Tiger Woods’ current Florida home is set to hit the market for $16.75 million, The Post has learned.
And it’s a home with an interesting history.
Woods’ ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, was the nanny to PGA star, fellow Swede Jesper Parnevik,
who was the longtime owner of the nearly 14,000-square-foot pad. She had been living at the guest house at the time.
Woods, 47, and Nordegren, 43, met in 2001 after being introduced by Parnevik.
They became engaged nearly two years later, in November 2003, and married in October 2004. They share two children.
Parnevik and his wife, Mia, purchased the Jupiter home in 2000 for $1.4 million.
They then extensively renovated the nine-bedroom, 12-bathroom property. More than two decades later, in 2021, the Parneviks sold the home for $9 million, records show.
Pegged as a “one-of-a-kind grand estate,” the residence is situated on a private white-sand beach and is located in the neighborhood of Indian Hills near stars such as Brian Rooney (owner of the Pittsburgh Steelers) and Gary Nicklaus (son of Jack Nicklaus, a professional golfer).
Fully furnished, the main home features five bedrooms and the guest house holds four.
Amenities include a Trackman Golf Simulator, a movie theater, an exercise room with sauna and massage areas, and a full wet bar.
Outdoor features include a private pool, a spa, a synthetic turf putting green, a summer kitchen and a private beach, all while taking in the wide water views of the Intracoastal.
“The lavish owner’s retreat looks the length of the intracoastal and Atlantic Ocean through floor to ceiling windows, with an amazing sitting room, TV lounge, custom closet, office, luxurious bath with dual sinks,” the listing adds.

Other notable people in the area include Michael Jordan, Celine Dion, Kid Rock, Alan Jackson, Joe Namath, Dustin Johnson and Donald Trump Jr.
Woods and Nordegren were married for six years before their highly publicized split in 2010, with reports alleging Woods had cheated on her with as many as 12 other women. (The two are reportedly friends now.)
“Elin told me that he didn’t make a great impression on her at first,” Nordegren’s friend Sandra Sobieraj Westfall revealed in the 2021 HBO documentary, “Tiger.”
“She had her opinions about celebrities and they were not high. And she’s very shy so the idea of joining that world was not appealing to her. And when he asked her out, I think she turned him down at first. … She gradually was convinced that she should give him a chance and so they did go out.”
Meanwhile, Woods has long lived in his home in the exclusive Jupiter Island enclave, having the second highest per-capita income of any inhabited place in the country with a community of just under 900 people.
The five-time Masters winner rebuilt the home from scratch in 2010.
Worth an estimated $51 million, the property is split into two sections, one with a 3,300-square-foot living quarters and the other a 6,400-square-foot multi-purpose building.
The latter includes a world-class gym, with the huge space also home to a media room, a wine cellar and a lift. A glass-covered walkway links the two buildings together, while there is also a guesthouse.
In recent months, the home has become a source of contention. Woods’ ex-girlfriend Erica Herman has accused the golf star of tricking her into leaving his Florida mansion under the guise of going on a “short vacation” — only to lock her out amid their messy and shocking split, court documents allege.
