Scottie Scheffler, the world’s top golfer, is currently in Paris to lead the Olympic golf field.
Despite his competitive focus, Scheffler has found time to enjoy quality moments with his wife, Meredith, and their son, Bennett.
Scheffler has soaked up the city’s sights and has also been a spectator at other sporting events.
On Tuesday, July 30, he was spotted attending the Women’s Gymnastics Team Final at the Bercy Arena.
Several pictures of Scheffler’s presence as a spectator at the gymnastics event have gone viral on social media. The photos show him with his wife, Meredith, and son, Bennett.
Earlier, the 28-year-old expressed a desire to fully immerse himself in the Olympic experience. Here’s what he said, according to Golfweek:
“Obviously my biggest priority is showing up ready to play this week, but I definitely want to experience a little bit of the Olympics. But it’s definitely been fun, being part of the Olympics, and it’s definitely a different vibe this week.”
The American golfer was also spotted visiting the famous Louvre Museum with his wife and son. Speaking about his visit, Scheffler said:
“We were there for two hours and I felt like I could have been there for days exploring around looking at all the old paintings. I would say the paintings were something that really took me back.”
