Grace Charis has joked her ‘hot girl summer’ has been halted by Great Britain’s rain.

Grace, 21, jetted to the UK to watch The Open – and she’s remained on these shores to spend some time under the summer sun. Or, at least, 

that’s what she was hoping with the American beauty not quite ready for some Scottish rain at Royal Troon Golf Club.

The blonde bombshell shared a video on her TikTok wearing a waterproof jacket as rain lashed down. 

She captioned the post: “Um…where the sun at? [I] flew half way around the world for hot girl summer!”

She then shared a second video on some misty Scottish cliffs, with the rain still pouring, adding: “Summer.” 

Grace has now swapped Scotland for the English south coast, pitching up in Cornwall for some golf.

After tucking into some Cornish snacks and trying fish and chips for the first time – which she described as “unreal” – she played a round overlooking the English Channel.

“What do you mean that’s peak summer here,” one fan joked when commenting on Grace’s post. While a second said: “You still look good in that outfit!”

“Give it ten minutes be nice and warm,” a third replied. And a fourth responded: “How do we break the news to her…”

“There’s nothing more British than fish and chips in the car in the rain,” another added.

Grace’s time in the UK hasn’t gone exactly to plan – and it’s not just down to the weather after she suffered a wardrobe malfunction at The Open at Royal Troon.

She shared snaps of her time at the event – including one in a blue zip-up top undone to expose her bare midriff and a skimpy crop top, which appears to be missing the laces intended to hold it all together.

One fan said: “Someone must have stolen the laces from your top.” A second posted: “There aren’t even buttons for the button holes.” To which Charis replied “I didn’t even notice,” with a crying laughing emoji.
